1. System Deployments & Subdomain Licensing
Pockethost.in provides a multi-tenant SaaS application that allows education operators to provision isolated databases and public-facing websites. You are solely responsible for all academic, scheduling, and billing records maintained within your subdomain workspace.
2. Pricing and Overage Billing
Our licensing model is structured on a flat-rate billing system with clear overage limits:
- Base Fee: ₹19,999/- per year. This covers active student directory databases up to 500 students.
- Overage Fee: Active student profiles exceeding the base 500 limit are billed at a rate of ₹30 per student, per year.
- Billing Reviews: Student limits are reviewed monthly, and adjustments are added to the annual renewal invoice.
3. WhatsApp Bot Credits Policy
Our messaging bot integrations operate on a pre-paid credit basis:
- Cost per Message: Alerts, scorecards, and tuition reminders are deducted at a rate of ₹0.20 per message credit.
- Credit Expiry: WhatsApp bot credits do not expire as long as the base SaaS subscription remains active.
- Spam Prevention: You agree not to send marketing bulk spam or unapproved templates. We reserve the right to suspend bot instances violating compliance rules.
4. Access Suspension & Database Protection
Failure to settle outstanding base fees, student count overages, or messaging credit invoices within 15 days of the due date will result in system gating. The system will display the Access Paused interface, suspending active login credentials. We preserve your database records for 90 days after suspension before permanent decommissioning.
5. System Modifications and Availability
We target a 99.9% uptime metric for our database clusters. We periodically release security upgrades and visual feature extensions. These updates are deployed automatically for all tenants on the platform.
